A pesky scam text message is targeting local residents.
Tbaytel has posted several times to Facebook saying a fake text message claiming to be from their company is making the rounds of northwestern Ontario.
The company reminds you they do not ask for personal information or money through text messages.
They ask if you receive a similar suspicious message don’t click on any links and delete it immediately.
