It appears this morning’s storm may be interfering with power in some parts of the city.
Thunder Bay Hydro responded to a small outage affecting up to 25 customers in the North McIntyre area.
They say it was caused by lightning, and power was restored around 9:30 this morning.
A short power outage also hit part of the north downtown area just before 7 o’clock this morning, including our radio station.
It’s not known how wide-spread the outage was, or what caused it.
