Update: Police Find Missing Teen

Update 1pm, Thursday:

Good news from Thunder Bay police in their search for a missing teenager.

They tell us 18-year-old Kaitlyn Collins has been found safe.

She had been reported missing, last seen in the First Avenue area just after midnight.
