No joke here.
The Ontario Medical Association says it’s finding men and women between the ages of 55 and 64 spreading much of the misinformation found online about the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is based on social media posts.
It found men mostly accusing government for the pandemic while women’s attention is on why a vaccine should be feared, and what is said about variants.
The research found many of the COVID-hoax theorists were basing their posts on websites and blogs focused on U.S. politics.
