Mr. Theophile Renee Guimond Jr., age 39 years, passed away peacefully in St. Joseph’s Hospital on Sunday, April 12, 2026 with family by his side. He was born in Thunder Bay on May 1, 1986.

Theophile will be deeply missed by his mother Theresa (née Thompson); siblings Jessica (Buck), David, Jayne and Robert as well as Paul, Tony and Pauline of New Brunswick. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was predeceased by his father, Theophile “Ted” Joseph Guimond Sr.

A private family service will be held in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street, Thunder Bay, with cremation to follow. A Celebration of Theophile’s Life will be held in Rocky Bay First Nation at a later date.
