Lawyer Precautious

A lawyer for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is taking a wait and see approach to a recent judges ruling.
The Ontario justice ordered the destruction of recordings by residential school survivors given during the commission hearings.
When speaking to our newsroom, commission lawyer Julian Falconer was cautious about giving his opinion.
Falcouner says its still too early to be either praising or criticizing the judgement.
