OPP continue to investigate an accident at the intersection of Highway 17 and Red River Road.
They say early Sunday morning, a pick up truck hit a 27 year old man who was near the pedestrian cross walk.
OPP Staff Sgt. Jim Graham believes City Police are charging the woman behind the wheel of the truck with impaired driving.
The pedestrian was sent to hospital and highway 17 was closed for approximately five and a half hours.
