An OPP office in Kenora is set to close its doors.
The detachment on highway 17 east will be shut down for good as of 10 A-M tomorrow.
The site is the former home of the Kenora Police Service, who the Provincial Police took over for ten years ago this week.
A spokesperson for the OPP says that the closure of the office won’t have any impact on the services offered in Kenora.
There will still be two places to go if you need the police; the main detachment just off the bypass and the OPP’s new downtown office on Main Street.
