On the charity front, a local dodgeball tournament marks its eigth annual fundraiser for the United Way with $22,000.
A number of teams duked it out to raise the money yesterday, at the GenNext dodgeball tournament at the Sports Dome.
Organizers say fundraising dollars stay in the community, and help those in need.
