One of my absolute favourite things about Thunder Bay is our amazing arts community. I’m not sure if it’s the relative isolation, being surrounded by nature or perhaps something in the water, but we have so many incredibly talented people in Thunder Bay! I’ve never seen or heard of a place that has so many creative people living in such a (relatively) small community before. If you have social media at all, there are literally hundreds of people with accounts showing off what they are creating on a daily basis and that’s really just the tip of the iceberg. Recently, I was sent a preview of some new music from a new band featuring some familiar faces (and some of my favourite people in the world) and they’ve just launched their first music video. The band is called The Fixer, and this is, admittedly, too heavy for us to play on The Bay (not to mention that it doesn’t fit into our 70’s/80’s/90’s motto) but it’s too good not to share!
