As of Wednesday, July 1st, the amount of parking spots at the waterfront is going down.
The city says construction will last all summer on the lot between the Delta Hotel and Bight restaurant.
Construction means a paved lot with concrete curbs, also more lighting, plants and features to better manage storm water.
