It is Canada Day and the City of Thunder Bay is celebrating online.
Organizer Louisa Costanzo explains she has organized a whole days worth of events which she found to be an enjoyable challenge.
“It’s been a lot of fun…it’s different…because there is a lot of new technology and you have to upload videos…which can take some time…and like with any event it takes a lot of coordination,” notes Costanzo.
The city official has a few surprises lined up involving the evening performances and video messages but she is not letting the cat out of the bag adding “You’ll just have to watch.”
The days events begin at 10 o’clock this morning and can be found on the city’s website with others on the city’s Facebook page as well.
