It’s an unusually cold June morning in the Northwest.
Environment Canada issued a frost advisory for this morning and expects the temperature will be near freezing again tonight.
They add you should protect any frost-sensitive plants and trees.
The weather alert is for the Thunder Bay area, along with Cloud Bay, Dorion, Kakabeka Falls, Whitefish and Arrow Lakes. It’s also affecting the Atikokan, Upsala, Quetico, Armstrong, and Beardmore areas.
