City crews including those working for Synergy North and the fire service were kept busy because of the heavy rainfall.
They had to handle issues like downed trees on powerlines to the numerous traffic lights which went on the fritz.
The Synergy North outage map shows all electricity has been restored.
Hydro One is reporting there are just a few pockets where power remains out with fewer than 100 customers affected.
There are still reports of traffic lights out in various sections of the city.
