A tragic weekend car crash has taken the lives of four teenagers in Miramichi, New Brunswick.
Police say a 16-year-old, two 17-year-olds, and an 18-year-old were in a vehicle when it landed upside down in deep water after it left the road they were travelling on Saturday night.
The deputy police chief adds speed and wet road conditions are believed to have been factors, but there are absolutely no indications alcohol or drugs were involved.
