Charities Get Help From Community Foundation

A variety of local charities are sharing in over $200,000 from the Community Foundation.

President Jackie Dojack tells us they help match donors with groups that need some financial help.

“We know that the needs for charity dollars are high, we have many generous donors who realize the high needs in our community. We provide them with the opportunity to give back to the community.”

This year Community Foundation grants went to Kitty Care, Shelter House, Precious Bundles and the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra.
