Roach’s Taxi is reacting to a video that’s making the rounds of social media showing a woman being refused a ride from a local taxi driver.
The video appears to show the driver refusing to take her as a fare saying it’s cash up front, but the woman says she offered repeatedly to charge 40 dollars to her card.
Denis LeBeau says she can contact him with her concerns.
LeBeau adds it’s up to the individual driver to make the decision and it’s his right to do so under the city taxi by-law.

LeBeau has not seen the video personally.
