A delay in the court process for a 22 year old man who is facing first degree murder charges.
Adam Mark Capay was an inmate at the Correctional Centre in 2012 when he got into a fight with a fellow inmate who later died in hospital.
Jury selection did not proceed today as scheduled because the defence wants a fitness exam to be conducted by psychiatrists at Thunder Bay Regional’s Forensic Unit.
The trial has not yet been rescheduled pending the results of the fitness assessment. (File photo)
