A man and woman have both been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, in connection to a foiled plot to carry out a mass shooting at a public venue in Halifax.
A 23-year-old woman from Illinois and 20-year-old man from Halifax are scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on Tuesday morning.
The third person arrested, a 17-year-old boy from Cole Harbour, has been released without charge.
A fourth suspect, a 19-year-old man, was found dead inside a Nova Scotia home yesterday.
