Police say the man wanted in a pair of hotel robberies earlier this morning is still at large, following the attempted theft of a city jewellery store.
They say the owner of Exquisite Gold and Gems on Memorial Avenue was pepper sprayed, following a struggle with the man.
The man was damaging cases of jewelry, upon entering the store a little after 10 a.m.
He fled the scene, and the owner was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The suspect is, again, described as a 5’8″, 180-pound, white man, wearing a hooded sweater and ski goggles. (File photo)
