Marathon OPP say they have found the rented vehicle a missing 28-year-old Toronto man was reported to have been driving when he went missing in Thunder Bay.
Police say Brian Penny’s rented silver 2020 Nissan Rogue was found 45 km west of Marathon on a dirt road off of Highway 17.
The vehicle was unoccupied and with no sign of the driver.
A search of the area was conducted by local officers as well as the OPP Emergency Response Team, K9 unit, OPP Air Support and Marine.
Penny is described as 5 foot 9, weighing 165 pounds with a thin build and a fair complexion.
He has brown hair, beard and eyes.
Penny arrived in Thunder Bay on September 20th.
