Tragedy on the TransCanada highway just west of Schrieber.
OPP tell us they were called to the scene of a collision last night at around 7, near Whitesand Road.
They found a westbound vehicle had collided with an eastbound vehicle.
Police say the westbound driver, 24-year old Rikki-Leigh Clark of Petawawa was rushed to hospital but died upon arrival.
The other driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The highway was closed all night, re-opening late this morning.
