All public schools in Thunder Bay will be closed on Wednesday should high school teachers hold a one-day strike.
School board officials say if an agreement with the province is not achieved before that day, both elementary and high schools will be closed for that day. That also includes continuing education classes.
A number of school programs for that day will also be cancelled including after school sports.
However, the board tells us all daycares located in elementary schools will remain open.
