Waterloo Street remains closed between Arthur and Victoria as the result of an area water main break.
City spokesperson Dave Warwick says that the problem isn’t expected to be fixed until early this evening. Warwick says however, they hope to get the area open to traffic before that.
Three businesses and one residence are affected.
