City officials say Walsh Street is closed at Mountdale Avenue, Beaverhall Place and Commerce Street.
Crews are working on sewer and water projects.
There will be a detour and businesses located on Walsh Street between Mountdale Avenue and Beaverhall Place, are to be accessed at Beaverhall Place.
The work is expected to be done tonight.
