If you plan to see a patient at the Regional Health Sciences Centre be aware there are visitor restrictions in place.
Officials say it’s to help reduce the spread of infection because five areas of the hospital have reported unspecified outbreaks.
The restrictions mean, only one visitor per patient in the Emergency Department, two visitors per patient in other medical units, and children will be allowed in exceptional circumstances only.
These sanctions are expected to be in place for about three weeks.(File photo)
