A COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be opening its doors to older adults this week.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit will begin offering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to those aged 85 and older starting on Wednesday.
The clinic will be at the CLE Coliseum and all appointments for this week are now booked.
The Health Unit emphasizes they will be booking appointments one week at a time, to ensure there is enough vaccine.
Officials ask you to follow the TBDHU on social media or check their website for more information on when more clinic spaces will open for those who are 85 years of age or older.
People aged 80 to 84 will be eligible to book appointments in the coming weeks.
