The developers of the proposed Delta Hotel on the waterfront say the construction of the facility will not be affected by two construction liens on the property.
Information from the Land Registry Office in the city shows that Man-Shield Construction has filed a lien for 1.4 million dollars, while Coastal Steel Construction’s claim is for 132 thousand dollars.
Gisele MacDonald of the Resolve Group says the process is before the court at the moment and she has no concerns over the timeline, saying these sorts of challenges are common to such large projects. (Photo: Rayson Martyn)
