A transport truck driver is being charged with failing to stop following a collision on Highway 61 at Chippewa Road.
OPP say they were called to the scene Tuesday morning around 7:30.
They found a Toyota sedan was heading north on Highway 61, when they claim the driver of the truck did not stop for a stop sign and hit another vehicle.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while the truck driver was not hurt.
