Thursday is election day in Ontario.
Polls will open at 9 am and closed Thursday night at 9 pm.
Looking at our two riding’s demographics on the City’s south side Thunder Bay Atikokan has 58-thousand 232 eligable voters and on the north side Thunder Bay Superior North has 54-thousand 440.
Thunder Bay Atikokan Returning Officer Norma Hunt says her staff are ready to welcome the masses but won’t tip her hat to what voter turnout might be like.
Hunt reminds the public that they’ll need I.D. in order to vote at their polling station and can find a full list of rules and regulations at their website wemakevotingeasy.ca
