Thunder Bay’s schools aren’t affected by the latest one-day strike by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation.
The union is holding another walkout this upcoming Wednesday.
Some schools to the east of Thunder Bay are included in the latest job action.
Teachers and education workers will be withdrawing services in Wawa, Hornepayne, White River, Longlac, Marathon, and Manitouwadge.
Teachers have been asking for smaller class sizes and wage increases tied to the cost of living.
