Terrace Bay is going to improve its waterfront thanks to over a million dollars from FedNor.
The money will be used to support the servicing of the site, expansion and paving of a parking lot and boat launch.
Officials will also come up with new and improved signs, a pedestrian and beach walkway, gazebo and year round pavillion.
It’s hoped the funding will help position the community as a tourism destination of choice along the North Shore.
