A 21-year-old man has been missing since 9 o’clock last night.
City police say River Bluecoat was last seen near Oliver and Golf Links Roads, wearing a navy blue jacket, dark jeans, and black running shoes.
He’s described as Indigenous, around 5’5″ with a heavy build, short black hair, and brown eyes. If you know anything that can help police in their search, they want you to contact them.
