Over one thousand rural Hydro One customers are without power in the Oliver Paipoonge, Ware, Fowler and Gorham Township areas.
The utility says that the cause of the outage isn’t know.
They say it started just after 10 this morning and they expect to get power back on by 2:15 this afternoon.
And because of the power outage, Gorham and Ware school is closed for the day.
