Roundabout Work Could Get Approval

The roundabout planned for Edward Street at Redwood Avenue could get the approval it needs to start construction.

Monday night, City Council will vote on whether to give the job to Nadin Contracting at a cost of $2.6-million from the 2021 budget.

City staff are recommending Council go ahead with this step, adding if the work goes on-schedule it should be done by the end of October this year.

The job also includes road, water main, and sidewalk work between Ward Avenue and William Street.
