There is some mystery surrounding a special meeting of the Lakehead Public Board of Education tonight.
The board trustees will be holding a rare Friday night session to deal with what is considered a personnel matter.
The session will be held in-camera, that is, behind closed doors.
Now while it’s not unusual for that to happen, it is unusual to have the meeting take place on a Friday night.
A spokesperson for the board was not aware of what the session would involve but admits a meeting on Friday evening could deal with a time sensitive matter.
The spokesperson added, they may or may not make the results of the meeting public.
