March 29th is the day when Porter airlines hopes to be flying again.
The company says that is its tentative date, based on the surge of COVID-19 cases and corresponding public health measures.
Its president adds he is more optimistic with the arrival of vaccines, but more time is still needed to assess the vaccine’s influence on current travel restrictions.
Porter adds more updates will come.
It temporarily suspended flights March 21st of last year at the outset of COVID-19.
