Police Hope Video Can Help Solve Assault

Thunder Bay police are appealing to anyone who may have captured a weekend assault on video to come forward.

They tell us they were called the west end of Francis Street just after 2, on Sunday morning to reports of a man having been assaulted.

Police say they were told the man had left Cheers the Village Pub just after midnight, and was found in front of the Francis Street home, suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

Anyone with surveillance video is asked to call police.
