Parts of TransCanada Reopened

Update 10am, Thursday:

It appears portions of the TransCanada are slowly reopening.

The Ontario 511 website shows Highway 11/17 from Pass Lake Road to Nipigon is usable again, after provincial police shut it down due to the weather earlier this morning.

However, portions of Highway 11 are still closed further north of that area.
