Police are no longer guarding an area of Marina Park where a possible human body part was found on Thursday.
They are not releasing any more information about their investigation, which was sparked after a call from a passer-by on Thursday morning.
Police are still asking for anyone who saw any suspicious activity near the boat launch to come forward.
