Police Amp Up Search For Justin Duncan

There’s still no sign of a Thunder Bay man who’s been reported missing since November.

Police believe that 23 year old Justin “Milky” Duncan was the victim of foul play.

They’ve released surveillance video and pictures from the Limbrick Street housing complex where he was last seen.

Police believe the people in that video were the last to see Duncan before he disappeared and hope to speak to them about the case.

Duncan is also known to have connections in Ottawa and the G.T.A. (Photo-video supplied)

Justin Duncan Missing Person Investigation


On November 24, 2016, 23 year old Justin “Milky” Duncan was reported as a missing person to the Thunder Bay Police Service. Despite an extensive investigation, police have been unable to locate Justin. Police believe that Justin was the victim of foul play.

The TBPS Criminal Investigations Branch is releasing surveillance images captured from the Limbrick Street housing complex in Thunder Bay. These images show persons who were with Justin prior to his disappearance. It is believed that these individuals have knowledge of what happened to Justin and where he may currently be.

Police are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying the persons captured in these images so they can be spoken to by investigators. Justin was last observed in the Limbrick Street housing complex in the early morning hours of November 22, 2016.


Justin Duncan is described as a black male, approximately 5’8″ tall and 140 lbs. He has black hair in an afro style haircut. (Photo attached)
