Damage is extensive to one room at the Travelodge Hotel following a late night fire.
Thunder Bay Fire Services note it was just after 10:30 last night when they were alerted to a fire at the Memorial Avenue location.
When they got there, they say smoke was seen coming from the second floor.
Fire fighters add they quickly knocked down the fire in the room it was in, and safely evacuated everyone.
The cause isn’t known yet.
