A familiar face will return to City Council Monday.
Frank Pullia will be sworn in as an at large councillor during their inaugural council meeting.
Also joining the council table will be Northwood Councillor Shelby Ch’ng.
The evening will be a formal affair with a colour party, First Nation drumming circle and an address to the City from the Mayor. (File photo)
