NAPS investigate pedestrian collision on Deer Lake

The Nishnawbe Aski Police say they have made an arrest in connection to a collision involving a pedestrian on the Deer Lake First Nation.

The accident took place Wednesday night.

Police say the male victim sustained non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to the community nursing station for treatment.

The male suspect is scheduled to appear in court today on a charge of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
