A 2016 second degree murder trial will be going forward on Monday.
Lawyers for the prosecution and defence met this morning to discuss the details of Nicholas Joseph Necan’s Superior Court trial.
Jury selection is expected to take most of the day with actual arguments and witnesses set for the following days.
Necan’s charges are in relation to the death of 60 year old George James Gerard who died in hospital after serious injuries sustained in an assault at the Casablanca Apartments.
