There’s some military manoeuvres taking place in the Dog Lake area this weekend.
About 50 soldiers from the Lake Superior Scottish Regiment and elements of other groups will be involved in Exercise Superior Strike. They’ll be in the dense terrain conducting amphibious training during the day and night.
The soldiers will be using weapons, but with dummy ammunition.
