A slight drop in the unemployment rate in Thunder Bay for the month of October.
According to Statistics Canada the rate was 4.9 per cent last month, that’s a drop from 5 per cent in September.
In Ontario the rate dropped by a tenth of a point in October to sit at 6.8 per cent.
Across the country the rate for October stands at an even 7 per cent, a decrease from 7.1 per cent the month previous.
