Engaging Thunder Bay’s youth is top priority of a mayoral candidate, who believes they are without guidance and getting into too much trouble.
Peter Panetta adds the crime rate getting worse, and keeping young people busy is vital to steer them away from that.
“At my gym when they are working out, lifting weights, taking a boxing class, they aren’t going anywhere they are are too tired. They are completely wiped, they just want to go home and go to bed they are tired.”
