OPP say a 36-year-old Nakina resident is facing several driving related charges following the death of a man from Atikokan.
Police tell us last Thursday night, police were called about a sudden death on a road in Nakina.
They say their investigation determined 24-year-old Adam Wiens, of Atikokan, had fallen from a moving vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three other people in the vehicle were not injured.
