A 42-year old Thunder Bay man has been charged with accessing and possessing child pornography.
City police say the investigation began in October after finding suspicious files available for download, and an address of a user in Thunder Bay.
Police were able to track the address to a home in the 100 block of Robertson Street on Tuesday, and using a search warrant found several devices related to child porn.
After examining the material, the local man was charged yesterday and remains in custody.
